Was disappointed that I had to pay more for ground floor. My partner has COPD and to get ground floor cost more. And yet the facility wasn't in the best condition

The staff was great and professional. Willingness to help. We had to make to reservations on the spot because of car trouble. Even with the short notice the price was very reasonable. Location is good. Walking distance from a fast food chain and gas station.
